Our chef Jimmy Lee is a well known face in the UK’s cuisine scene. Jimmy was honoured with the highly coveted Chef Personality of the Year award at the prestigious Scottish Food Awards in 2018, and is no stranger to the limelight, having raised his profile through his fresh and high quality approach to Oriental cuisine through his multiple media appearances including This Morning, BBCs Morning Live, Great British Menu,and My Kitchen Rules.
